Our Story

1991

The entry of foreign investors enables the establishment of Concepts Groups in providing job opportunities for Malaysians.

1993

Establishment of training centres that consults and trains to increase workers’ productivity. 

1995

Concepts Groups was labeled as the most efficient and reliable by investors and multinational companies. Followed by the transport services were added to the list of services.

1996

We implemented the Total Quality Management (TQM) system and established our own hostel management with complete facilities and utilities in Malaysia.

2000

We formed a close relationship with Bangladesh, Cambodia, India, Indonesia, Myanmar, Nepal, Philippines, Thailand and Vietnam in setting up recruitment, training and service centres.

2002

Our ability to meet customers needs by providing reliable and hassle-free manpower was recognized by a group of professionals and awarded us at the 3rd Asia Pacific International Honesty Enterprise-Keris Award 2004.

2005

Granted a License for Outsourcing Foreign Workers by the Home Ministry of Malaysia (Kementerian Hal Ehwal Dalam Negeri).

2006

We branched out to Ipoh, Penang, Malacca and Johor Bahru.

 

The same year achieved a total headcount of 8000 for both Local & Foreign workforces and managed 900 hostel units equipped with all standard facilities.

 

Owned and managed 70 buses and 30 vans with a group of experienced and reliable drivers.

2008

We had set up recruitment and training centres in Cambodia and Thailand simultaneously organizing cultural exchange activities with our associates and clients to overcome the shortage of Indonesian female workers.

2009

We participated in PATI [Program  Penghantaran Pulang Pendatang Asing Tanpa Izin] by developing programs to ensure the workers are qualified, knowledgeable and skilled;

2011

Collaborated with Ministry of Human Affairs in Foreign Workers 6P Amnesty Programme.

 

Upgraded and improved our hostels and transportation facilities and management complied with the standard requirement of EICC code of conduct [Electronic Industry Citizenship Coalition]

2012

Extended 167 of our professional team members for internal and external talents.

2018

Accredited with License C by the Government of Malaysia.

2021

The Covid 19 outbreak, affected many workers. Thus, we focused on assisting them with their welfare and ensuring the maintenance of SOP. Assisted clients in acquiring the certification of Act 446.
